We will receive immediate notification of your payment and your booking will be automatically confirmed.
Direct bank transfer to our account are accepted on request for bookings by third party institutions or overseas delegates

Booking an event means you have agreed to RA-UK's cancellation policy.
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
Period of Notice
Up to 2 months - Full refund
Up to 2 weeks - 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks - No refund
All refunds will be minus administration costs (e.g Paypal fees - typically 3.5% of transaction price)
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) to RA-UK.

RA-UK reserves the right to cancel a course, though we make every effort to ensure this does not occur.
In the event of a course being canceled by RA-UK , alternative dates will be proposed or a full refund of monies paid will be made to the customer.
RA-UK takes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of exceptional cancellations.
General Conditions of Booking
Member discounts for RA-UK or ESRA members may be offered. Your membership must be valid on the date of the event.
It is possible for non members to register for an event and join RA-UK at the same time - in this situation you may still obtain the preferential member rates. Please advise us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to do this.
Membership status will be verified within 1 week of the event - anyone claiming a membership discount without a valid RA-UK or ESRA membership will be liable for the full rate of the event.
All registration fees must have been paid before attending an event. You will not be able to pariticipate in an event unless we have received cleared payment in advance.
CPD certificates will be supplied after the event - this may be either as a paper certificate or electronically. We are unable to supply a CPD certificate to anyone who has not attended the event.
CPD certificates wil not be issued until registration fees have been paid in full.
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing (email) to the RA-UK Events Team at email@example.com.
Cancellations received in writing before 1st April 2017 will be subject to an administration charge of £25.
Delegates cancelling after this date will be liable to pay the full meeting price unless RA-UK considers there to be exceptional circumstances that would warrant a refund.
